CRAFT MICRO BREW BEERS
Magic Hat - 5.10% ABV
Solid two fingers of head, slightly hazed golden yellow color. Smells of a apricot hard candy
and buttered biscuits. Smoothness and crispness you would expect for an English Pale Ale light to
medium body. Fruity with obvious fruit flavorings added, hops are very modest. Finishes Semi-dry
with a feigned sweetness from the fruit flavoring.
Boulder Hazed & Infused American Pale Ale - 4.85% ABV
This one started promisingly, with a (yes) hazy, burnished gold color. Head was about a finger then
fell fast, leaving spotty lacing. Very nice nose full of tropical fruits; pineapple, grapefruit, tangerine.
Very modest amount of malty sweetness detected.
Modus Hoperandi Pale Ale - 6.80% ABV
Dark amber/copper hue with a thick and steady head--looks like bread
rising; lacing is great. Lots of citrus rind, grapefruit, pine, tea leaves, pineapple--
this is every bit of hop awesomeness that you would want in an American IPA;
some sweet bready malts but mostly just a hop explosion!
Stone IPA - 6.9% ABV
An "India Pale Ale" by definition is highly hopped and high in alcohol - you'll find our Stone India Pale Ale
to be true to style with a huge hop aroma, flavor and bitterness throughout. If you're a hop-head like us,
then you'll love our Stone India Pale Ale! Medium malt character with a heavy dose of over the top hops!
Victory Golden Monkey Triple Ale - 9.50% ABV
Flavors good and mild making it dangerously drinkable. Lots of dark fruit sweetness but it doesnt linger long
at all nor is it over powering, it's nicely balanced. There's a slight alcohol after taste but it's very mild and blends
nicely with the very subtle hop presence. There are also some faint tastes of clove and bubblegum if you let the beer
warm a little.
Left Hand Milk Stout - 6.00% ABV
It came out with a nice looking, creamy offwhite head about 2 fingers deep. It doesn't have really much going on as far
as a smell goes, maybe a lil' chocolate, coffee and roasted malts present. However, what it lacks in smell, it makes up
for in taste and mouthfeel! It's a creamy-smooth and sweet beer that's almost like drinking dessert or like beer mixed
with milk and coffee.
Alagash White - 5.00% ABV
An interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with
corianderand Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.
Two Brothers Resistance IPA - 6.90% ABV
12oz bottle. Pours a clear copper color. Aroma of pine and citrus. In the flavor, pine, grapefruit, and a touch of
wood which is from the french oak. Mostly bitter, with a mild malt sweetness to balance. Medium to light
bodied feel. Overall, a nice ipa, smooth and easy drinking.
Two Brothers Northwind Imperial Stout - 6.90% ABV
A firmroasty maltiness balanced against a generous helping of hops. Northwind can stand up to the worst
its namesakecan dish out. Enjoy!
Domain DuPage French Country Ale - 5.9%ABV
A crisp-looking ale, clear brassy color with a tight, tiny-bubbled lacing. Candied fruit, white chocolate,
shortbread, mild spice and wildflowers blow all expectations out of the water a godly aroma. Dried malt
character blankets the palate, a bit biscuity but more of a dried grass flavor. Fruitiness abounds with
hints of pear cider, baked apples and golden raisins.
Lagunitas Little Sumpin’ - 7.5% ABV
Sneaky Smooth with a Touch of What We Call Wheatly-esque-ish-ness. Crispy Wheat and Pale Malt
flavors with a Big Round & Juicy Hop Finish. Everyone Needs A Little Sumpin’ Sumpin’ Sometimes.
Lagunitas Hop Stoopid - 8.0% ABV
A nice Bitter Bite! Hop A-bomb This is the most hop forward beer possibly that we have had. Tons of that
pine and grapefruit bitterness,with a almost like hop sap taste that sticks in the back of your throat.
A bitter/tart, astingent dry finish.
Sierra Nevada - 5.6% ABV
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale, is a delightful interpretation of a classic style. It has a deep amber color
and an exceptionally full-bodied, complex character. Generous quantities of premium Cascade
hops give the Pale Ale its fragrant bouquet and spicy flavor.
Harpoon IPA - 5.9% ABV
Pours a nice clear golden hue with a small off white head with nice lacing. Earthy piney hops,
some spicy grapefruit hit the senses followed by some nice malt and yeast. Taste of earthy piney
hops, some nice citrusy grapefruit notes and some nice malt and yeast.
Arrogant Bastard - 7.2% ABV
Dark caramel colored brew. Mountainous tan head that does not give up and completely coats the
glass in creamy lacing. Spicy aroma of pine-like hops. Rich toffee and almonds. Citrus fruit aroma.
Incredibly complex.
Rocky's Revenge Bourbon Brown - 6.0% ABV
Taste starts with more brown malts, lots of brown malts, bit syrupy, but tons of brown sugar, molasses,
and some caramel toffee. Then quickly the bourbon kicks in with a light sweet bourbon flavor, and some
barrel flavors. The bourbon adds an almost candy bourbon sauce like flavor.
